ELCOM and South West London Procurement Partnership (SWLPP) have formalised a partnership, setting a shared plan for the next two years via practical group working sessions. During these sessions which took place the second and fourth week of July, ELCOM (@elcom) and SWLPP (@ProcSwl) teams reviewed where SWLPP is, where they want to be and how they are going to get there.

Following these discovery sessions, SWLPP is set to engage with diverse eProcurement solution providers to deliver its strategy and manage transformation at every stage of the strategy-to-delivery journey.

Daniel James and David Main, SWLPP co-Directors of Procurement

“The South West London Procurement Partnership has formally been live as a service since 1st April 2021 and continues to build on its previous successes of collaboration within the local ICS to introduce standardisation and remove unwarranted variation. The service is based on a set of principles of being, simple, smart and sustainable and relies on its eProcurement system providers to deliver insightful data source to enable evidence-based decision making. We look forward to working with ELCOM as our supplier of choice to enable this and seek to jointly introduce continuous improvements.
